Harvest

Harvests are traditionally done by hand on the majority of our vineyards. The grapes are harvested and sorted manually and then matured in vats and depending on the variety transferred for a time into wooden barrels to be enriched with woody notes. After harvesting, group dinners reunite all the participants... unforgettable festive moments! Then comes time for tasting the "Bernache", which indicates the tone of the vintage. The harvesters enjoy these moments where they reunite and give their opinions. The harvesting period is always festive, and our guests are more than welcome to join us.
